The service here is excellent, the breakfast is good, the rooms are quiet with a nice jacuzzi, and the location is great on a hill.

Best restaurant was closed for dinner on Sunday, food in other was not great quality, ask for rooms with pool and city view other rooms overlook car park

They provided me with a well-equipped room that had a bathtub and functional air conditioning.

Beatriz Toledo Auditorium & Spa is an exceptionally comfortable hotel with a marvelous location close to the city center. The breakfast offered a wide range of varied meals that we greatly enjoyed. Thank you for a really nice stay.

Spotlessly clean place with absolutely breathtaking view of Toledo skyline. Brand-new room and large bathroom with hair dryers, a bidet, and shower caps. Very comfy bed and excellent services. Helpful and very professional staff always on hand. The pool area is very clean too. The early check-in process too.

The hotel lived up to expectations. Located outside of the inner town of Toledo, however this wasn't a problem because we had a car and our concern of finding parking was solved. Rooms are large and open to a spectacular view of the old city. The buffet breakfast included quality hot and cold options. Hotel is busy on Saturdays with weddi gs however this only added to the interst.

While staff tried very hard to meet all of our requests, there were not enough English speaking staff.

A comfortable stay. Beautiful swimming pol and excellent food.

Not enough food options for people who wish to eat before 9pm

The hotel itself was lovely and we could not fault it, however when visiting Toledo it is simply to far from the main historic centre, and really in the evenings there is nothing around as you are right next to the motorway.

The room was clean and tidy, and they offered breakfast as well as a wake-up call service upon request; the hotel is conveniently located just a short cab ride away from the city center and all the main attractions.

The staff was amazing and allowed us to check in very early, which was awesome. Most of the staff spoke enough English to help us with questions we may of had. The hotel had about three different types of places to eat at in the hotel.We were very, very, pleased with the hotel.

My only complaint was that it was hard to find food in the hotel for my children to eat. They had room service, but not really any kid friendly food. It doesn't help that my children are picky eaters too, so that doesn't mean they don't have kid friendly foods.
